Orlando Fringe Festival Ticketing Terms and Conditions
Orlando Fringe Festival
These Ticketing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of tickets for events presented as part of the Orlando Fringe Festival and any related programming produced or presented by Orlando Fringe (“Fringe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket, the purchaser and/or ticket holder (“Patron”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. All Sales Final
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of a cancellation of a performance by the producing artist or Orlando Fringe. Refunds, credits, or exchanges, if offered, are provided solely at the discretion of Orlando Fringe.
2. Event Changes
All event programming, including but not limited to dates, times, venues, artists, and performances, is subject to change without notice. Orlando Fringe reserves the right to modify or substitute programming as necessary. Such changes do not entitle the Patron to a refund or exchange unless otherwise determined by Orlando Fringe.
3. Performance Start Times and Late Entry
All performances begin promptly at the published start time. Late entry policies are determined by the producing artist and venue management and may restrict or prohibit entry after the performance has begun. Patrons who arrive late or fail to attend a performance are not entitled to a refund or exchange.
4. Festival Button Requirement
Certain performances and events may require the purchase and presentation of an official festival button in addition to a valid event ticket for admission. Failure to present the required festival credentials may result in denial of entry without refund.
5. Cancellations
In the event that a performance is canceled by the producing artist or Orlando Fringe, ticket holders may be offered one or more of the following remedies at the sole discretion of Orlando Fringe:
Transfer to another performance of the same production, if available
Credit toward another festival event
Refund of the ticket price paid
Any applicable ticketing or processing fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6. Ticket Transfer and Resale
Tickets may be transferred to another individual for use; however, resale of tickets for commercial gain is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Orlando Fringe. Orlando Fringe is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers and cannot guarantee their validity.
7. Admission and Patron Conduct
Admission is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations. Orlando Fringe and its venue partners reserve the right to deny admission to, or remove from the premises, any Patron whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or in violation of venue policies. Patrons removed for such reasons will not be entitled to a refund.
8. Venue Policies
Patrons agree to comply with all venue policies, including security procedures, prohibited items, and safety requirements. Policies may vary by venue and event.
9. Accessibility
Orlando Fringe is committed to providing accessible festival experiences. Patrons requiring accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact the Orlando Fringe Box Office in advance of their scheduled performance to facilitate appropriate arrangements.
10. Photography, Recording, and Media Release
By attending an event, Patrons acknowledge that they may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. Attendance constitutes the Patron’s consent to the use of their likeness, image, voice, or appearance in promotional, archival, or documentary materials by Orlando Fringe without compensation.
11. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at live performances and festival events involves inherent risks. By attending, Patrons voluntarily assume all risks related to their attendance and participation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orlando Fringe shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from a Patron’s attendance at festival events, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or event cancellation beyond the remedies described in these Terms.
13. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets
Orlando Fringe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Replacement of tickets may be provided at the discretion of the Box Office with proof of purchase.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
