2025 BYOVs
The 34th annual Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival takes place May 13th- 26th, 2025.
What is a BYOV or Bring Your Own Venue?
A B.Y.O.V. is a performance venue operated by a partner venue as an extended branch of the Orlando Fringe. Multiple shows perform in the space throughout the festival, and the location is off-site from the main festival grounds. Tickets are still available for these shows on our website, though there is some separation, including a separate Teaser Show, and events that may not include B.Y.O.V. artists.
B.Y.O.V. shows may not exceed 75 minutes in run time.
The Starlite Room @ Savoy Orlando
Savoy is a medium size venue perfect for solo and small cast shows. Adjacent to our intimate Starlite Room performance space, patrons can grab an adult beverage to enjoy during your show. Waiting area is inside and air conditioned. Staff and management are noted for their congeniality. While many folks walk to Savoy there’s plenty of FREE nearby parking. Savoy artists enjoy complimentary show advertising on in-house monitors situated throughout the multi-bar entertainment complex.

Age Restrictions: All guests need to be 18+ to enter the venue anyone under the age of 21 must leave the venue after the show concludes. Bar patrons must be 21+
Stage type: 8 ft deep X 12 ft wide raised platform with black fabric paneled backdrop. No wings. Entrances from SR dressing room and/or from back of house down center aisle.
Lighting FAQ’s
Lighting board is a DMX Controller
A few pars and LED Lights that can be run through the board. Small follow spot. Disco lighting efx. Mirror ball. Lasers. Ceiling-mounted video projector and over- stage screen.
Sound FAQ’s
Sound board has XLR inputs, think a DJ mixer sound board
Two wireless mics and two mic stands
Q-lab compatible – from your laptop
Yamaha 88 weighted keyboard with sustain pedal that can be hooked up to the sound system available for artist use.
Room is intimate enough that unless you are singing over music voice amplification is not typically needed.

Storage
The producers of each show may leave one standard-size Rubbermaid-type container at the venue. Anything larger must be taken with them at the end of each show. (Exceptions may be accommodated based on overall artists needs but are not guaranteed in advance.)
The Renaissance Theatre
The Renaissance is a Medium to large size venue perfect for any size cast. There is a full bar inside the venue, so guest can grab a drink to watch the show. This venue is located a short walk away from the Fringe Lawn.

The Dust (StarDust Lounge)
The Dust is a small sized venue perfect for small casts or solo shows. There is a bar attached to the venue, so guests can grab a drink before watching the show. This venue is located 2.5 miles from the Fringe Lawn/ Fringe Central. This venue has limited technical capability so tech heavy shows are not great for this venue.

Ten10 Brewing
